Your order
Thank you for your order – we can’t wait to get your Science for Pets goodies to you.
Every order is carefully picked, packed, and labelled by hand. If your order isn’t marked as dispatched immediately, please don’t worry – we’re on it.
Dispatch times
Our warehouse operates Monday to Saturday, excluding UK Bank Holidays.

Orders placed before 1:00pm are usually dispatched the same working day

Orders placed after 1:00pm, or on weekends and Bank Holidays, are dispatched on the next working day
Dispatch refers to when your order leaves our warehouse. Delivery times begin once the parcel is with the courier.
UK delivery
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

While next-day delivery is our standard service, delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, such as adverse weather or courier network delays.
Free delivery
Free delivery may be available on qualifying orders shipping to UK Mainland addresses only.
Any applicable free-delivery thresholds will be clearly shown at checkout.
Outside the UK Mainland
For addresses outside the UK Mainland (including Highlands and islands), delivery times may be longer.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.
Missed deliveries
If no one is available to accept delivery, Evri will leave instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel.
Please follow these instructions promptly to avoid your order being returned to us.
Returns & refunds
We accept returns for:

Orders damaged in transit

Products that do not meet expectations
If you’re not completely happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@scienceforpets.com
Customer support hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm
Returned-to-sender orders
If an order is returned to us due to:

An incorrect or incomplete delivery address

Failure to rearrange or collect delivery within the courier’s timeframe
We’ll process a refund once the order is received back with us, minus:

The original delivery charge, and
-
A £5.00 return handling fee
As a small business, we’re unable to absorb these carrier costs.
